Space is a small, mid-century modern office building on the edge of the Coronado Neighborhood. It is located at 2716 North 16th Street in Central Phoenix. I operate a small architecture firm from the building and I am renting desk space out as a shared workspace. Total of 8-9 desks. The space if fully furnished with built in desks. Rental will include a desk space, shared conference room, kitchen area and restrooms. We will also provide a WIFI link for your use.

Rent is $550.00 - $600.00/month/desk for a 6 monh minimum lease.
